Zijn we het toch een keer met elkaar eens. Robert Rodenburg vindt dat er niet te veel Robert Rodenburg op Youtube moet staan. Hij wil daarom niet te veel gasten in zijn knabbel en babbelprogrammaatje Open Kaart. Je weet wel, waar mensen vragen krijgen die ze al kennen en ook hem een paar vragen mogen stellen die hij zelf verzint.

“Alleen wil ik er niet te veel van maken. Ik zie sommige mensen een serie of podcast het hele jaar door doen en dan haak ik zelf altijd af. Ik wil iets hebben om naar uit te kijken”, aldus de Glimworm. Er komen er dus niet al te veel in het volgende seizoen. “Ongeveer acht, maar wij zijn al wel weer bezig met nieuwe gasten benaderen, locaties checken etcetera. Dus ik beloof dat het niet nog maanden zal gaan duren ik heb zelf ook onwijs veel zin om weer te gaan filmen voor Open Kaart.”

Het echte probleem is natuurlijk dat de hoeveelheid mensen die mee willen doen aan de slijmbalshow niet bijster groot is. Het heeft namelijk niets met een interview te maken. Ze zitten elkaar daar gewoon verbaal te bevredigen. Dit is kruislings rukken met tekst. Een standje 69 gesprek. En je moet maar je op die manier willen laten gebruiken. Dennis wacht trouwens nog steeds op het telefoontje, want die zegt overal ja op.
